Email is the support channel. The founder reads and answers every message personally, usually within one business day.

Include the channel or playlist URL and, if you bought credits, the email you used at checkout or the first few characters of your license key. Never send the whole key.
Refunds and problems
Videos without captions are never charged. If a run went wrong or you bought the wrong pack, write in and we will make it right; the terms have the details.
Developers and AI-tool builders
Bug reports and questions about the REST API, MCP server or agent skill are welcome at the same address. Directory maintainers who want to list the MCP server can use the MCP server page as the canonical link.
